Just three photos #1
Walking, photographing, editing & sharing, briefly.
This is an experiment. The idea is pretty simple.
I go for a walk with a camera. I take some pictures. I return home and select just three photographs to share here, without comment. The pictures have to speak for themselves. A bit like sudden fiction but with no narrative intent.1
Here are three pictures from today’s walk.
A penny for your thoughts?
These posts will always be free but, if you enjoy reading them, you can support my analogue photography habit, and that of my students, by contributing to the film fund. Thanks to those of you who have already done so. All donations of whatever size are very gratefully received.
When I taught English Literature (a long time ago) I loved using very short stories, sometimes also referred to as flash fiction, to inspire my students’ creative writing. With so few words to play with, the stories were vivid and remained strong in the memory, like waking dreams. Sometimes, less really is more.

i'll take your penny because i don't have a story just the title for a story: "behind"
I love the first image in particular. Definitely a story here although I’m not sure what - feels quite eccentric. Really cool idea too.
